(All Subs are to be paid before playing the first competition game for every team!)
Div 1 Players:
- $210 per player on registration,
- Discounted to $180 if paid by the end of March 2025,
- otherwise in full $210 from the 1st of April 2025
- NO Pay NO Play. 1 voting right.
Team meals are included in the above subs.
Div 2 Players:
- $210 per player on registration,
- Discounted to $180 if paid by the end of March 2025,
- otherwise in full $210 from the 1st of April 2025
- NO Pay NO Play. 1 voting right.
Team meals are included in the above subs.
Colts Players:
- $180 per player on registration,
- Discounted to $160 if paid by the end of March 2025,
- otherwise in full $180 from the 1st of April 2025.
- NO Pay NO Play. 1 voting right.
Team meals are included in the above subs.
Div 3 Players:
- $100 per player on registration,
- Discounted to $80 if paid by the end of April 2025,
- otherwise in full $100 from the 1st of May 2025.
- NO Pay NO Play. 1 voting right.
All players new and existing are to pay for their Shorts $47, Socks $15 and Polo $40 if needed.
Women’s: (Metro Comp)
- $140 per player on registration,
- Discounted to $120 if paid by the end of March 2025,
- otherwise in full $140 by the end of April 2025.
- NO Pay NO Play. 1 voting right.
Team meals are included in the above subs.
Ellesmere Senior Boys Year 11, 12 & 13 (Under 18s) Players:
- $120 per player on registration
- Discounted to $100 if paid by the end of April 2025
- otherwise in full $120 from the 1st of May 2025.

- Shorts, & playing jerseys are to be returned at the end of the season
- NO Pay NO Play. 1 voting right.
Metro Comp.
- Juniors: Year 1 to Year 13
- Free Subs for the 2025 season
- $30.00 Uniform Hire to be paid with collection uniform, NO PAYMENT NO UNIFORM
- Shorts, & playing jerseys are to be returned at the end of the season
- No Discounts for Coaches or Managers
Golden Oldies:
New players: $60.00 (Club Membership and Polo)
Existing players: $20 (Club Membership only)

Social Sub:
$20 per person over 18 years or $30 per married
couple or defacto couple.
- 1 voting right each.
Netball:
$20 - Over 18 players/coaches/managers/parents
who wish to attend clubrooms to drink alcohol.
$10 – all other Netball members
Please note:
- Club discounted bar prices only apply once Subscriptions are paid, and membership card is issued otherwise non-membership prices apply.
- Only Financial members are to receive the discount cards over the bar
- All players pay the subs for the team they have registered for ie: Register to play Div 3 and get the call-up to play Div 1 or 2
- If a team decides to provide their meals, there will be NO CHANGE to total sub-cost.
- Under 21 players from the 1st of January 2025 Subs $160 If registering for Div 1 & 2
- All players must be financial for 2024 & 2025 to receive any awards and/or milestones ie: blazers, vest, trophies
- All players will receive an invoice with the amount owing this will include any funds owing from the previous year, these will be sent to your email.
Free membership in recognition of service for:
- Appointed Team Managers / Housie Helpers / Life Members / Committee Members - 1 voting right each.
- Appointed Coaches on completion of Completed Rugby Smart/Small Blacks courses for Coaches - 1 voting right each.
- If one of the (Appointed Coaches/ Managers/ Housie Helpers / Committee Members) play in a team then they pay ½ of Teams Full subs eg: half of $210 ($105)
